Q. Please tell me I have made a site dedicated to FMA and One Piece, and Just wondering if our stories fit into the FF catigory, and also, If you have time, PLEASE tell me what makes a good Fan Fiction!

A. Fan fiction is any writing that uses characters or plot from a already published work. Good fan fiction is based on opinion, but if it helps here are my two cents: * Make sure you include cannon characters. Cannon characters being ones that already existed rather than ones you invested for the story. Some new people are fine, but have at least a couple originals. * Keep the rules of the universe intact. If there is a character with no siblings, don't go out of your way to give them some. If there is an organization with only girls, then there shouldn't be fifty of them in the fan fiction. There are, of course, exceptions if it is a big plot point, but it usually isn't well receipted, and isn't one of my favorite things. * Try your… [cont.]
